Design of a wellness area next to the pool of a private house in Premià de Dalt: a sauna, a hammam and a small water area.
The atmosphere had to be calm and welcoming. We worked with soft wall colours and natural materials, wood and stone, which bring warmth.
Sauna. The sauna, by Effegibi and Tylö, occupies a timber-lined room with benches at different heights, soft indirect lighting and temperature control.
Hammam. The hammam, also by Tylö, is tiled throughout, with built-in benches along the walls and a frosted-glass door for privacy.
Rest area. Between the sauna and the hammam, a rest area with loungers, dimmable lighting and integrated sound.
Water. The area is completed by a small heated infinity pool with hydromassage, the Faraway Pool by KOS.
