Introduction
At ETNA STUDIO, we have carried out the integral transformation of a 450 m² detached house, combining architecture, interior design and avant-garde design. Our aim was to create a modern, functional and light-filled space, enhancing the relationship between inside and outside.
Design Concept
The refurbishment was based on three main pillars:
Upstairs extension: Expansion of the living areas on the upper floor.
Space optimisation: Redistribution of the rooms to improve circulation and the use of natural light.
High-quality materials: Use of premium finishes in flooring, cladding and made-to-measure furniture.
Indoor-outdoor connection: Large windows, integration of the swimming pool with the living room and a garden designed for relaxation and entertainment.

Day area:
Open concept living-dining room with integrated kitchen by SNAIDERO.
Designer furniture and neutral colour palette with warm touches.
Indirect LED lighting to create cosy atmospheres.
Night area:
Master suite with separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom in microcement.
Secondary bedrooms with functional design and personalised details.
Exterior:
Designer swimming pool with perimeter lighting and tropical wood decking.
Landscaped garden, with outdoor seating and dining areas.
Shaded areas and Mediterranean vegetation for a natural environment.
Final result
The result of this integral reform is a sophisticated home, with a contemporary design that prioritises wellbeing, functionality and harmony with the environment. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer a unique experience of comfort and exclusivity.
