Comprehensive interior design and decoration project in a small penthouse with terrace near Turó Park.
The original layout of this flat consisted of a kitchen that was too small for today’s needs and a single bathroom that was poorly distributed and uncomfortable.
In addition to a master bedroom, a secondary bedroom and a living-dining room.
The project tries to give coherence and practicality to the spaces, also taking advantage of the great luminosity that comes from the terrace.
Another objective is to provide the house with a unified aesthetic criterion, in which good lighting and harmony between colours and textures prevail.
The floor is redistributed to house a kitchen-dining room, a spacious suite with its own bathroom with a large shower cubicle and double washbasin unit.
The suite has its own access to the terrace, a second multi-purpose room which can be used as an office or guest room.
There is also a living room with its own access to the terrace and a guest toilet.
A system of THERMOR hybrid radiators is used to supply hot or cold air on demand and with independent temperature for each room.
The system is powered, as well as the DHW, by a compact pack of Aerotermia also from THERMOR.
The spacious kitchen is designed in the Italian ARMONY style and the doors are all from the Milanese firm ALBED.On the terrace, which is very uneven to allow rainwater to run off, an EXTERPARK accessable technical floor is planned and an outdoor kitchen-barbecue with a water drainage point.
