Reforma integral e interiorismo de apartamento en SARRIÀ.
Complete renovation and interior design · Sarrià, Barcelona
Area: 150 m²
For this flat in Sarrià we took on the whole project on a turnkey basis: layout, building work, services, joinery, kitchen and final styling. The owners had a single point of contact from planning to handover.
All services were renewed — electrics, plumbing and air conditioning — and we installed underfloor heating. As well as even, discreet warmth, it frees the walls of radiators and leaves more room for furniture.
The natural wood flooring by Mardegan Legno runs throughout the flat. In the bathrooms and wet areas, porcelain from Living Ceramics offers durability and easy upkeep.
Joinery and furniture were designed specifically for this floor plan. The kitchen is by Armony Cucine, the Italian maker for which we are the official showroom in Barcelona.
The styling was developed with the client: textiles, lighting and wallpapers chosen to give each room texture and character while keeping the whole coherent.
